4.) You must follow all methods of bidding and trading on the platform of the company and comply with the rules. Buyers and sellers/yannong must register before entering the bidding fair. The admission fee is RM100/person per person, and each visitor is RM50/person (only each member can bring 2 visitors) ). If the buyer has obtained the source of goods for the bidding transaction on the same day, or the seller/Yannong has sold the source of goods, the admission fee of RM100/person will be refunded, only the admission fee for the visitor who enters the venue will not be refunded!
5.) The company's platform regulations can be used to unify the packaging of bird's nest raw materials in transparent plastic bags and standard seals. Offline entity bidding and trading of bird's nest raw materials (Maoyan) can be at least 300 grams to 3000 grams (3 kg) packaged and put on the shelves for bidding transactions.
6.) Bird's nest raw materials must be 100% dry and weighed, and the goods must be handled accordingly! Clearly explain the classification and grade of the bird's nest raw material source, and the reference price will be identified by the platform. For example, (A1+B1 white goods, light wool goods, RM3.000+-) Only after checking that there is no problem with the source can we obtain the quality of the company's platform. After being approved by the management operator, it will be put on the shelves for bidding transactions,
7.) If the seller/Yannong has the MyGAP registration ID number No. of the MyWalit-E system set by the DVS of the Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, please enter the ID number when applying to join the "Bird's Nest World" official website! Bird's nest raw materials will definitely have a higher price!
8.) All accidents have nothing to do with the company's platform, and disciplined.
9.) Buyers/processors/acquirers must pay a deposit of RM5,000 as a deposit for bidding transactions before participating in the offline physical bidding fair. During settlement, if total required to pay is more, top it up as necessary. If you did not manage to secure win and secure a bid, the transfer will be refunded after the bidding fair ends! On the day of bidding for the trade fair, our company’s rules:

If your buyer/processing factory/acquirer leaves halfway after winning the bidding transaction and refuses to pick up the supply, the company's platform will confiscate the above-mentioned deposit. If the buyer can't provide a good reason, and we will compensate the seller/Yannong for their time/effort lost! 20% of the deposit!
10.) In order to make the bidding fair go smoothly and for the safety of the venue, all participants of the bidding fair must register, Only members who bid and trade on the platform of our company can enter the market! Members are only allowed to bring a maximum of two relatives and friends into the venue (conditions apply)! And you have to pay the venue fee and lunch fee by yourself!
11.) The buyer can participate in a bidding transaction for the purchase of swiftlet nest raw materials (bird's nest) at a price determined by the seller/farmers and the platform. The starting price for each bidding transaction is RM 50/kg, and the highest bidder will win. Upon successful bidding, the platform will notify you of your successful acquisition of the bid source.
12.) After the buyer obtains the source of the bidding transaction, he must use Pay by Duit Now Instant Transfer immediately before the shipment to pick up the goods! The company's platform does not accept transfers with We Not Accept Giro Transfer! The buyer must pay 100% of the full amount of the bidding source + plus a 1.5% commission service fee after winning all the sources, and transfer it to the company's platform bank account A/C No. 514208600681. 13.) After the seller/Yannong accepts the source of raw materials for bird's nest agreed to be sold, the payment will be settled before the end of the bidding fair and the transfer will be made to the seller/Yannong on the same day, and the 1.5% commission service fee will be deducted and paid.

14.) Buyers/sellers must abide by the company's platform-side bidding fair methods and rules!
If buyers are unable to make any purchases,

15.) Privacy policy: We absolutely protect the privacy rights of buyers/processing plants/acquirers and sellers/Yannong's private financial transfer data of bidding transactions on the platform side of our company!
The platform reserves the rights to amend the Bidding transaction methods and rules.
